Air Liquide Maritime SAS Epe Branch, a subsidiary of Air Liquide, operates a storage facility for helium in the Gronau-Epe cavern field. This unique site contributes significantly to the safe and reliable supply of this critical raw material to our customers, e.g. from the electronics, aerospace, automotive or medical industries.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Facilities Operation

• Operate and monitor the technical equipment from a control room and in the field

• Inject and extract Helium from the storage cavern

• Unload, load and weigh Containers for liquid Helium

• Documentation of production and process values

• Prepare transport documents

• Maintain, repair and inspect mechanical, electrical and electronic components

• Supervision and support of external and internal visitors, contractors and other stakeholders

• General ground- and housekeeping

Special tasks

• Take responsibility for special tasks based on personal education and vocation

• Issuance of safe work permits

• Support the shift leader and site engineer in technical documentation, during special projects, measurement campaigns and internal and external inspections

Are you a MATCH?

• Vocational education in crafts and trades or equivalent experience (abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung)
• Preferred experience in the cavern storage / Oil and Gas or related industry
• Fluent German in speaking and writing is a must
• Basic verbal and written English with the ability to communicate technical context
• Personal and professional competence to take over responsible position under german mining law
• Have a good level of competency and accuracy in communication
• Hands on mindset
• Be computer literate with Microsoft Office / Google environment to a basic level
• Self – motivated and able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Problem solving skills
Willingness to work in a continuous three shift system (periodically based on production needs)
