At the Eichenzell site we are looking for the next possible date for a Head of Logistics Incoming Goods and Dispatch (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Auditing and monitoring of HSE guidelines.
Complaint processing for the dispatch area.
Support in the implementation of quality assurance measures.
Work planning and allocation of customer orders (prioritization)
Monitoring order processing / communication with shipping companies.
Inventory control of consumables.
Complaints processing for the area of transport damage for incoming goods.
Interface (coordinator) between sales, purchasing and forwarding agents.
Support in case of escalation process (escalation and implementation of measures)
Work planning and distribution of incoming goods (prioritization)
Support for external warehouses.
Support HOS (incl. Kaizen)

Your profile:

Education and training (academic and/or technical training)
Business economist with specialization in logistics
Professional experience (area and duration of experience)
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with corresponding employee management
Technical skills and specialized knowledge (knowledge/skills required for the position)
Knowledge of occupational safety/safety officer
Training (min. experience) in cargo safety

languages (spoken and written)

German business fluent (level C2)
Business fluent in English (Level B2)
