Mandatory Internship - Systems Engineering & Requirement Management (ADAS) in Lindau bei Continental

We are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/diverse) in the area of Systems Engineering ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) starting as soon as possible and lasting for at least 6 months at our location in Ulm.

A combination of mandatory and voluntary internship can be realized. The mandatory part should cover at least 8 weeks. The working-hours will be mainly on-site in our office in Ulm. Occasional remote work is possible according to prior agreement.

The interdisciplinary approach of system engineering has a key function in technical and process-oriented areas such as system architecture and requirements for Autonomous Driving, architectural solution concepts for electronic components (ECUs, cameras, radars), the integration of hardware and software.

Your main tasks include:

• Implementation of requirements and project status reports and visualization in Power-Bi
• Automated evaluation of requirement traceability and generation of task in Jira
• Consistency check of stakeholder requirements compliancy in Doors
• Redundancy Analysis of Basis- and Application requirements in Doors

• Current studies in the area electrical engineering, computer science or similar field of study
• Interest in understanding complex systems and participating in their design
• Basic understanding of System Engineering and Requirement Management
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office-Programs
• Basic programming skills and basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence desireable
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) to work in an international company environment
• German language skills are a plus
• Interest in working in an international team
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, creativity, independent work, high level of commitment and organizational skills in a team and in independent tasks
