Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist you, as subject matter expert and in close collaboration with the Regional Construction and Facilities team and Manager, are responsible for the procurement strategy in your region and implement the strategy together with your markets.

Your main responsibilities include:
Procure, execute, and negotiate new needs & scopes for the region - with a focus on facility services and maintenance, among others.
Set necessary goals and KPI’s for procurement and supplier management together with the C&F Manager in each sales market. Drive actions and follow-up results on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Manage, with support from Group Expansion, procurement tools and templates (in LIMA and outside) such as the RFI/RFP templates and agreement templates.
Review, update and draft all general documentation to support the C&F teams in your markets, in partnership with the legal department.
Act as subject matter expert and support all parts of the organization in procurement related matters.
Qualifications

Education:
Degree in Law, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
All types of procurement certifications are meriting.

Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience-
Retail Construction and/or Facility Management background is meriting-
Experience from setting and implementing procurement strategies-
Experience from working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels.

Strong business mindset, communicate well and you are comfortable in making decisions.
Ability to work strategically, by planning ahead and foresee opportunities and improvements.
Enjoy teamwork and effectively collaborates with a group of diverse people in order to achieve set goals and targets.
Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
Understand, read, speak and write English at an advanced level

This full-time position will be based in the Region Central Europe, preferably in Hamburg.
