Student Assistant - Executive Programs bei ESMT Berlin

Our executive programs team (executive education) is looking for two
Student Assistant - Executive Programs
(m/f/x, 20 hours/week, 13 €/hour)

The starting dates are January/February 2024.

In focus area 1, you will support our program managers:

• Work closely with our team of program managers and support the team by taking on a range of program-related tasks, such as:
  • Compiing program documentation for our participants
  • Setting up participant feedback surveys and preparing feedback reports
  • Setting up seminar rooms (collect and distribute materials, prepare and distribute name labels)
  • Managing office inventory of supplies and materials and placing orders if necessary
  • Preparing parcels with printings and materials for our off-campus programs
  • Setting up courses on our e-learning platform
  • Carry out internet-research on various topics
• Assist in planning programs, conferences, meetings, seminars

In focus area 2, you will support our program directors and leadership team:

• Work closely with our team of program directors and executive education leadership team
• Assist in research, planning, and administrative tasks
• Support knowledge management efforts with database entries, compilation/organization of files
• Support internal projects by:
  • Conducting online research on various topics
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Collecting input from different stakeholders
  • Creating project plans and tracking progress
  • Documentation of agreements / action plans
  • Creating and editing presentations

• Are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program at least until the end of February 2025
• Are well-organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Have a great perception for details
• Are able to keep calm in turbulent phases
• Have fluent spoken and written English language skills, German language skills are a plus
• Have strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Have strong service orientation and very good communication skills
• Are a team player
• Thrive in an international environment
