• Drive business understanding, modeling, and data acquisition & understanding initiatives to support data science projects
• Take the lead in initiating data science projects, performing data analysis, and reporting the results to stakeholders
• Develop and implement custom algorithms using Python/R, etc., to meet project requirements and drive innovative solutions
• Leverage your deep experience with pre-trained AI services to enhance project outcomes and deliver actionable insights
• Demonstrate the benefits of proposed algorithms, showcasing their potential value, and facilitate the transition from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Automation, Physics, or other engineering or science fields
• 5+ years of proficient experience with C#/C++/Java/Python/Scala or any other OOP skills, along with a strong knowledge of Data Structures/Algorithms
• Passionate about and experienced in data analytics, applied machine learning, deep learning, and/or related fields
• Ideally, hold a PhD with research experience in data science, machine learning, and/or related fields
• Experience in developing end-to-end analytics solutions or ML systems for real-world applications is highly valued
