Sales Support - Munich in München bei MR MARVIS

We are looking for sales support to join the team at our flagship store in Munich. The role is to support the sales team and help during busy periods. The weekly working hours can be discussed in advance and can vary between 10 and 32 hours per week (flexible).
This position is available immediately.

From a brand and service perspective, we see a shop as an extension of our webshop. After a successful shop in Amsterdam and Antwerp, we recently opened three more shops in the Netherlands (The Hague, Laren and Maastricht). Our shops are the only physical locations where you can see the entire collection of shorts and trousers. While some people try on shorts, others can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or a Peroni 0.0 beer. The physical shopping experience ties in seamlessly with the digital experience: Customers can explore our collection on iPads in the fitting rooms, customer data from the webshop is available in the checkout system and after purchase they receive.

What you'll do

• Greet our customers with enthusiasm and ensure an excellent customer experience;
• Inform our customers about our MR MARVIS brand and products and answer questions;
• Conduct style consultations with our customers;
• Take care of the store and make sure it looks immaculate inside and out;
• Take care of the stock room and clear away incoming replenishment orders.

What you'll bring
