As an experienced Creative Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences we create. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting international clients from the initial brief through the entire journey of our Space Experience Design projects.
- Developing business strategies to enhance our client and product portfolio.
- Analyzing clients needs and developing initial ideas and project strategies.
- Discover the required competencies within a project and connect the dots
- Presenting research and strategies convincingly in client meetings.
- Collaborating closely with the VAVE management board and colleagues in content & concept development, and mentoring the team.
- Continuously analyzing, reviewing, and improving our creative methods and processes.
- Expanding our network by participating in various on- and offline events, from international conferences to regional business networks.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in creative consultancy and brand strategy.
- Holistic understanding of design systems and brand touch-points.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends in brand communication, exhibition design, technology innovations, and global social movements.
- Proficiency in Keynote and MS Office package.
- Experience in analyzing brands, assessing client challenges, and providing substantive advice and consultancy through the development of innovative approaches to clients’ challenges.
- Capability to managed multiple client mandates in parallel
- Experience in preparing, leading and evaluating strategic project workshops for international clients
- Capability to define required resources in regards to the creative assignments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, complemented by significant sociocultural experiences.
- Fluent in English and German language
- A professional and interdisciplinary team with international background.
