Project Leader in Karlsruhe bei Da Vinci Engineering GmbH

Your tasks:

• Manage projects within the client’s product delivery organisation
• Leadership and coordination of cross-functional project-team in Ddvelopment projects in the area of driver information and cockpit displays
• Support of defect- and change-management in projects with high SW-complexity.
• Setup and tracking of program budget (invest, R&D budget, piece price, costed BOM,…) to achieve financial targets
• Track projects closely and work with other managers to resolve identified risks and issues
• Setup, update and control project timeline in order to achieve internal and external milestones, deliverables, deadlines and plant start-up
• Support of the development teams in Sofia (SW, HW, ME, SYS)

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering or similar
• Experience in project management incl. budget responsibility would be beneficial but not neccessary
• Knowledge of automotive Development- and Production processes
• Customer focus, good communicator, team player, self-motivation, proactive and ability to lead a team are desirable soft skills
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
