We are now looking for an
HR Manager (m/f/d)
to become part of our HR team in Hamburg (at the Ottensen location). This position can be held full-time or part-time (20 hours/week).
As HR Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- You are the first advisor and coach of our (international) employees and managers (including managing directors) in all local HR issues for ANCS business in Germany
- You work closely and trustingly with the local works council and are a negotiating partner when it comes to independently concluding works agreements
- You are responsible for labor law disciplinary and performance management
- You implement corporate guidelines and support international HR projects
- Your tasks will include helping to shape the organizational structure and proactively promoting and supporting structural and cultural change processes (change management).
- You are responsible for the local preparation of payroll and monitoring contract management
- You share your knowledge and advise your colleagues in the areas of Talent & Acquisition, Payroll Management and Business HR on local employment law, tariff system issues, remuneration systems, etc.
- You are responsible for key topics in the HR area that suit you
To be successful in this role, we expect:
- You have successfully completed your studies or a comparable qualification
- You work in a structured manner, take the initiative and are an emphatic personality with strong communication skills
- You have project management experience in HR management and you have perseverance and enjoy designing structures and processes
- You have good communication skills for teamwork, which after your induction can be done from your home office for 2-3 days/week
- You have several years of well-founded experience in working with works councils (of a company bound by collective agreements) and good knowledge of labor law
- Your experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
- You speak fluent German and English and don't shy away from international project work in the global HR community

- Das Mitgestalten der Organisationsstruktur sowie proaktives Vorantreiben und Begleiten struktureller und kultureller Veränderungsprozesse (Change Management) gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest die lokale Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung, sowie die Überwachung des Vertragsmanagements
- Du gibst dein Wissen weiter und berätst deine Kollegen in den Bereichen Talent & Acquisition, Payroll Management und Business HR in lokalem Arbeitsrecht, Tarifsystemfragen, Entgeltsystematik etc.
