Specifically, you will accompany the project in planning, implementation and follow-up. This position reports to

Support Services Manager

Your responsibilities

• Committed collaboration in the funded project on the topic of "Attracting young women to industrial-technical professions".
• Coordination and work planning together with the project team, as well as development and elaboration of project contents - independently and in a team
• Organizing and implementing or assisting with workshops and events with volunteers, trainees and teachers
• Independent conception, preparation and implementation of offers and technical workshops for students (10 years and older)
• Editing and creating reports, texts, various communication materials and presentations, as well as flyers and newsletters
• Ongoing maintenance and content creation on the project's own website as well as on the social media channels Instagram and TikTok, if applicable
• Professional interaction with partners, schools and trainees.

Your background

• Completed vocational training in the fields of: Administration, commercial, technical, pedagogical, or similar
• Professional experience in the field of education and training
• First experience in project work (MINT professions, women in technical professions)
• High willingness to travel within Berlin (trade fair, school visits, parents' evenings, etc.)
• High degree of independence, communication skills and organizational ability
• Very good German as well as good written and spoken English
