What we are looking for:
You have successfully completed your electrical engineering or controls engineering degree and are ready to start your career? Then start your career as a Junior Project Engineer - Trainee (m/f/d) at AlsoEnergy GmbH (a STEM company).
What you will do:
- Collaborate with experienced engineers in planning and executing monitoring systems and power plant controls for photovoltaic projects on national and international levels.
- Learn to generate bus and network diagrams for monitoring plant components.
- Gain experience in creating communication circuit diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Assist in the configuration of telecontrol gateways adhering to IEC 61131-3 standards.
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from the quoting phase to project completion.
- Shadow and assist in assessing grid connections and determining power plant control requirements for projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of project-specific performance specifications for the grid connection of a plant controller.
- Learn to offer technical support to national and international colleagues in Sales.
- Contribute ideas to the design of comprehensive PV plant monitoring systems for new installations and their integration into existing projects (retrofit).
Who you are:
- Degree in electrical engineering or controls engineering.
- Demonstrated interest or coursework in renewable energy principles.
- Entry-level candidates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of bus and network design and willingness to learn relevant regulations
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience with AutoCAD for communication circuit diagram creation
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
