The following challenges await you:
As a documentation specialist in our project environment at the Dresden site, you are responsible for the compilation and maintenance of product master data in electronic form and for obtaining necessary supplier information from external partners.
You support project teams in administrative tasks, accompanying documentation of processes, tools, and even sterile end products.
You independently handle translations of process instructions or internal documents.
You monitor the progress of documentation within your team and act as a contact person for customer and partner inquiries regarding the documents.

Your profile:
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English.
Proficiency in working with common MS Office applications.
Motivated team player with organizational skills.
Technical understanding, completed vocational training in the linguistic or technical field.
Previous experience in a regulated work environment and/or with medical/pharmaceutical standards (ISO 13485/MPG/FDA) is desirable.
