Position Description:
Your challenge as Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) in the assembly area:
You independently initiate and coordinate improvement projects in the manufacturing environment with a focus on assembly & testing to increase production efficiency.
You define work plans, work instructions, layouts and tools according to ergonomic, logistical and technical aspects.
They supervise assembly lines in work organization topics of the daily business.
You design needs-based assembly and testing work steps for our digital printing systems, implement them consistently, and are guided by the concepts of lean production.
You accompany our products throughout the entire product life cycle from the initial concepts to the product phase-out and, among other things, form an important interface between the development and manufacturing departments.
You apply standard and in-house Lean concepts, develop them further and share your expertise accordingly with your colleagues.
Who are we looking for?
You have a successfully completed engineering degree preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or comparable.
You have first practical experience as an industrial engineer in the manufacturing environment - ideally in the (special) mechanical engineering industry.
Experience with lean production concepts is very welcome.
A REFA basic training including certification is desirable.
You are a team player, have strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
You are creative paired with good analytical as well as conceptual skills and like to think in overall contexts.
Your good English and German language skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
