Student Worker in Health & Wellbeing Team in Verden (Aller) bei Mars

The German Health & Wellbeing Team consists of six Associates based in Verden and Viersen and ensures Occupational Health & Wellbeing for all Associates at German sites.

In addition to classical occupational medicine, the team also focuses strongly on prevention in order to contribute to keeping our Associates healthy. We are looking for a student support who can support us in general administrative issues as well as project work related to preventive care for all Associates based in Verden.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Data maintenance and transfer of reportings to global standards
• Support for health days / theme months (communication, scheduling, presentations,
  creation of materials)
• Structuring / supporting content intranet presence Health Team
• Keeping track of sick leave notifications / general administrative support
• Appointment arrangements
