As a part-time Customer Success Associate at POHA House, dedicating a maximum of 8 hours on the position, you will be responsible for responding to and independently resolving any questions/ issues/ lettings requests our guests or residents may have during the weekend in order to provide an exceptional experience throughout POHA House.
As the Operations Team, we are focused on operating our POHA houses and creating a connective and sustainable environment for our residents. Being part of our team, you will support our team -which covers Community Management and Sales- in supporting our guests and residents with weekend inquiries.

What you will do
- Provide support for our residents and guests via email and the POHA ticketing system
- Troubleshoot & resolve problems with residents and guests
- Manage the support ticket queue and assign tickets appropriately
- Respond to Sales requests via phone or email, schedule viewings and answer questions about our offerings
What you should bring
- Ability to prioritize and manage your own tasks/responsibilities, ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Passionate about customer service and user experience
- Ability to successfully balance multiple simultaneous demands & self-adjust to meet shifting priorities
- Must have a good command of the English and German languages to provide effective phone and email suppor
Your Profile
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in English and German
- 1+ years of experience in managing user requests from start to finish with a high level of customer service & communication
- You have an independent, structured, and self-reliant way of working and are an organisational talent with an eye for the bigger picture
- You are responsible and reliable and are both, an organizational talent with a structured way of working, as well as a person that loves to "get-things-done"
- You have a trustworthy personality with a very high service and solution-focus
- Experience using a CRM software such as Hubspot or Bookboost is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Passionate about Coliving and the startup ecosystem, eager to contribute to the growth of a young, innovative company
