Your contribution to TenneT

Project management

Develop, maintain, and monitor all aspects of the project management such as planning, quality management, document handling, incl. the steering of System Engineering Advisor and Relatics Support as well as the BIM Manager
Contribute to standardisation of project management approach and optimisation of synergies between several HVDC-systems and off-shore platforms
Align with experts and teams within Large Projects Offshore and various other departments within TenneT and taking into account lessons learned from other large projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, requirements and goals set for HSE, time, risk, quality and the framework of TenneT's corporate manuals and guidelines
Manage the respective budget in an efficient and responsible manner
Deliver high quality project plans, progress and exception reports, decision documents and evaluations for Grid Connection Systems and support the implemention of the decisions of Project Steering Group

Team management

You set up, staff and (hierarchically) lead an efficient dedicated team to realize the project goals as well as TenneT's broader objectives
You coach, inspire and actively develop employees.Hereto, you align proactively with other projects and line management
You foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning within LPO and the 2GW departments
You ensure that team members have the necessary skills, training and resources to perform their roles effectively

Your profile and background

You have worked in a comparable leadership role for 3+ years, ideally with exprience in big infrastructure projects and/or in offshore.
You have preferably a master's degree and an academic level in thinking and working
You are dynamic, enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated, inspired, and inspiring
You are fluent in English and German
You are willing to travel as per project needs; You are preferably IPMA D certified or open to obtain

Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.
