Responsibilities:
- Utilize Excel to perform in-depth data analysis and create insightful dashboards and reports for the Category Management and CRO teams.
- Use R or Python to enhance data analysis capabilities, automate repetitive tasks, and explore advanced analytics methods.
- Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance data analysis processes, showcasing a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp reporting needs and deliver actionable insights while communicating intricate technical processes in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting would be a plus.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn programming languages, particularly R or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to independently research and experiment with new concepts.
