Your Role

As Product Growth Manager you will work across Razor Group's entire brand portfolio to launch & successfully scale all new products. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate Razor Group's future growth & success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project management - liaising & aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operational execution of different tasks within the process of bringing a product to market & managing this post-launch.
• Problem Solving - you will think at scale and identify operational issues and define solutions that allow us to streamline & increase efficiency.
• Developing Strategies / Questioning the Status Quo - you will work on identifying and re-defining the best strategies and approaches to increase our success rate & top-line/bottom-line growth.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

• have 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup, top-tier consulting firm, bank or marketing/product management role at an e-commerce / FMCG company
• are carrying a bachelors (or masters) degree in a relevant field
• thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and love a proactive, hands-on approach that involves continuous testing and learning
• possess solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• are not afraid of measuring your work based on weekly KPIs
• have experience with e-commerce and/or Amazon FBA businesses - this is a plus, but not required
• are business fluent in English and have proficient Excel skills
• Think Big while still being focused on execution
• are flexible, communicative, and strategic thinker
