- Reservations related tasks such as handling communication for the brand
- Handle complaint emails and follow up with property and ensure complaint is resolved
- Managing property content on all booking channels via our content management tool
- Streamline general website updates coming from E commerce and Marketing
- Overseeing room type descriptions and related translations internal and external
- Audits on online appearance on all public booking channels (eg. Website, OTA´s, GDS)
- Audits on brand reputation throughout guest journey (phone lines, communication pieces, etc.
- Reporting daily business, occurring issues and important information to the HORs
These are your talents:
- Experience - you've already worked in a similar role
- Software skills - you are familiar with Microsoft Office
- Plain speaking - you are in contact with guests, customers and teams in English and German
- Responsible and communicative - you enjoy being part of the team
