We are looking for a Project Assistance eMobility (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Drive GmbH team in Essen or München as soon as possible. In this role, you will be at the forefront of establishing the largest premium ultra-fast charging network in Europe with over 400 sites in 10 countries and a volume of at least 500 M€. y If you are interested, please apply online!

Responsibilities

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of electromobility projects
Support all team leads with organizing meeting invitations
Collaborate in the preparation of tender documents and performance specifications
Point of contact for all external requests and guiding them to the contact persons
Organize all central office regards
Create project-specific presentations and reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Relevant work experience in project management, particularly in the field of electromobility, is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite
- Goal-oriented and capable of working independently with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, a strong team player, and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of electromobility technologies, infrastructure, and regulations is a significant plus
- Fluent in English and German
