The Opportunity:

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Freelance Sales Representative based in the UK. This remote, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to join a global team and contribute to the growth of our esteemed platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with innovative strategies.
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success.
• Collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights and providing feedback to enhance our services.
• Manage and prioritize your workload effectively, working independently while also engaging with a supportive team.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Japanese, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales professional with a track record of achieving targets.
• Relationship builder who can establish and maintain long-lasting client connections.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management abilities.
• Experience in consumer insights or the cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong oral presentation skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
