Working Student: Data Analytics (iv)* in München bei Infineon Technologies

In your new role you will:

• Establish a regular web reporting with relevant KPIs on a regular basis
• Support the further enhancement of the ATV SC web analytics framework to derive important conclusions about customer behavior , understand user behavior and derive improvement measures
• Analyze web and understand user behavior and derive i mprovement measures
• Analyze customer data , defining key KPIs and trigger points throughout the customer journey based on digital behavior
• Gather requirements from business , communication and digital marketing teams to facilitate the development reports
• Identify and brainstorm improvement opportunities on the Infineon website
• Support the digital marketing web team in regular web maintenance
• Become part of the regular team meetings and derive valuable insights for the business line organization

You are best equipped for this task if you:

• Are studying Data Science , Computer Science , Business Administration or comparable and having high interest in learning more about analysis of web traffic
• Have high affinity to numbers , data and the digital world
• Experience with Google Analytics/ Dashboard/ Data Studio is a must
• Have first experience doing research and using MS Office tools especially Excel
• Bring first experience in data management and reporting and are passionate about Marketing and able to understand technical topics
• Feel comfortable in diverse and international environments and are able to provide structure combined with agility and adaptiveness
• Bring very good English skills , German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
