The NKG Responsible Business Program is our group-wide sustainability strategy and defines four focus areas of our sustainability- and corporate responsibility initiatives: (1) Our people, (2) Supply chains, (3) Producers, and (4) Planet. As part of our efforts, we conduct a group-wide data collection of sustainability KPIs annually and calculate our Corporate Carbon Footprint. For this purpose, we are continuously expanding our group-wide reporting structures, thereby also creating a basis for regular reporting as well as for the (further) development of our sustainability projects.
Exciting tasks are waiting for you:
- Analysis: Dive into the data collection and evaluation of our sustainability KPIs.
- Quality checks: Conduct regular quality-checks of information provided by our global group companies.
- Reporting: Be a key role in the further development of our group-wide reporting structures and the preparation of the NKG Sustainability Report.
- Carbon Footprint: Contribute to the calculation and analysis of our corporate carbon footprint
- Scorecard: Benchmarking other sustainability-related information, assisting in identifying emissions trends and monitoring the carbon footprint of Group companies, assisting with research on various sustainability topics.
- Action Plan: Assist in updating and implementing the Climate Action Plan.
- Ratings: Support in the preparation of sustainability ratings, such as EcoVadis and customer questionnaires and requests.
- Regulatory overview: Monitor current regulatory developments in the area of sustainability reporting and help us to prepare for them.
- Projects: Assist in various sustainability- and compliance-related projects.
This is what you can offer:
- Education: Enrolled student pursuing a degree in sustainability management, corporate responsibility, business administration, or a comparable subject. Your interest in the topics is what matters the most.
- Background: A natural affinity for numbers, attention to detail and a keen analytical interest to proficiently handle data-driven tasks.
- Personality: Analytical working style, good communication skills, solution-driven mindset, service mentality and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
- It´s International: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and an excellent command of English, Spanish, Portuguese or German is a plus.
- MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package.
