Administrative Assistant for Frankfurt/Main in Frankfurt am Main bei infeurope

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with proven work experience at the European Central Bank (ECB).

Location: Frankfurt/Main, Germany

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: 4 months

Main tasks:

• Provide administrative support for the ECB’s digital euro project team;
• Perform administrative processes, such as creating purchase orders, processing invoices, requesting roles and assignments, booking business trips;
• General administrative tasks.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies, administration, finance or other relevant subject area.

Computer skills:

• Excellent experience with MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent experience with SAP or equivalent.

Language skills:

• Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level required)
• Excellent in other EU languages is considered as an advantage

Solid soft and organizational skills:

• Organising skills with the ability to take initiative, prioritise and flexibly switch between tasks and work accurately with an eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively work in a team, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with respect to all levels of staff and external parties.
• Self-motivation and commitment, and ability to work without close supervision and under time pressure.
