Summary

We are looking to expand our Customer Service team (full employment) in the city of Walluf, Germany.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

• Placement, monitoring, and maintenance of Sales Orders for our international customers.
• Creation and maintenance of master data in MS Dynamics NAV.
• Overall customer support in the handling of communication, information flow, claims or other issues.
• General Customer Service reporting.

Qualification

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are a representation of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum commercial background (commercial apprenticeship/bachelor).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service.

General Skills

• Ability to manage different issues and requirements at the same time and to act with a sense of urgency.
• Must have great organizational, eye-to-detail, result-focused and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and motivated to work in a dynamic, international, and cross-cultural environment.

Language Skills

• Excellent communication skills; Must be able to communicate in English and German efficiently, spoken and written.

Computer Skills

• Proficient in MS-Office applications, experience in MS Dynamics NAV is desired.
