Intern Sustainability (m/f/d)

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to support with the Supplier engagement target development project:

YOUR TASKS

• Support the Nordex Group in developing a science-based targets (SBTs) supplier engagement target

• Analyze and compare different SBT supplier engagement target approaches and assess their fit with the Nordex Group’s business activities

• Assess the baseline and derive target recommendations for the Nordex Group

• Support the development of a concept for internal communication as well as communication with suppliers, engaging with external providers where necessary

• Support the Sustainability department in developing and implementing supplier engagement mechanisms in close cooperation with the Sourcing department

• Prepare benchmarks and presentations

• Act as a contributing team member in the Global Sustainability team

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge about climate management and science-based targets preferrable

• Good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent language skills in English (German and/or Spanish are an asset)

• Independent and conscientious way of working

• Drive to optimize and improve

• Strong communication skills

• Enrolled student or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master, degree program in Sustainability Management/Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with a corresponding focus

• At least three months availability
