For our office in Dresden we are looking for:

Customs clearance clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• You take over the customs clearance of the import in various customs procedures
• You collect supplier declarations, process them and check corresponding preferences
• You carry out stock comparisons for the bonded warehouse and are responsible for planning and processing incoming shipments
• You always have an eye on compliance with customs processes and regulations
• Internal recording of shipments in the internal system
• Cooperation with local customs authorities and offices

Qualifications:

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial field, e.g. as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in customs clearance and customs value law
• Confident German/English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with customs-specific systems
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, independent working style and commitment.
• You are characterized by a conscientious and result-oriented way of working.
• CargoWise knowledge is an advantage.
