Main Responsibilities
- Assistant Tasks to the Regional Director Europe and First Line Europe
- Executive support for Regional Director at national and international meetings
- Managing the company’s office budget incl. purchasing, invoices, monitoring
- Managing the company’s office budget incl. purchasing, invoices, monitoring Event organization incl. managing invitations, guest lists, catering, transportation
- Maintaining an efficient flow of information between all departments
- Travel arrangements and organization
- Onboarding of new staff members incl. procurement of equipment and providing onboarding information
Skills & Experience
- Discrete, friendly and achievement-oriented personality
- Strong organizational talent
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Professional experience in comparable position
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Commercial apprenticeship or university degree
- Excellent language skills in English and German
