For our boutique in Frankfurt Goethestraße, we are looking for a Christmas Retail Support with passion and drive. You are available from 1. November 2023 till 31. January 2024 and you are able to work part time or full time. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are happy to welcome you during November until March as support to our Teams in

• Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
• Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, unpacking boxes and organizing the stock supply and delivery
• Assisting the Sales & Stock Team on operational topics
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
• Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients
• Supporting our boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand

PROFILE

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are your strength
• You are flexible, dynamic, and open-minded
• You speak fluent German and English
• You are able to work Fridays and Saturdays
