Senior International Marketing Manager Digital Therapeutics (DTx) in Deutschland bei Barrington James

I am partnered with a pharmaceutical company who are specialists in the CNS space. Due to the team expanding, an additional headcount is needed to strategically be responsible for the global brand plan in Digital Therapeutics.

You will be instrumental to the strategic definition of the Digital Therapeutics positioning to ensure that the products meet the needs of patients. You’ll be involved through the overall asset lifecycle from development to launch (and beyond) in both psychiatric and other CNS diseases.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product roadmap and commercialisation activities from defining product capabilities, functionality, and benefits
• Support the development of a cross-functional implementation and deployment expertise, along with launch readiness process
• Drive market development within new and highly dynamic field of Digital Therapeutics with a strong focus on patient centricity and market understanding
• Support country organisations in the localisation and implementation of Digital Therapeutics
• Support commercial evaluations of Business Development and Licensing opportunities
• Work with a cross-functional team including an external alliance partner and in an evolving and competitive environment

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business or Science
• Previous work experience in marketing (product launch) in Digital Therapeutics - US market experience is preferred
• UX Design experience (plus deployment experience)
• Demonstrated experience in establishing clear strategies through digital health therapeutics
• Change management experience
• Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Research etc
• Strategic mindset and ability to deliver results in challenging conditions
