Your Role
As part of an agile team you will work side-by-side with algorithm developers, high-performance computing engineers and domain experts to take automated image analysis to the next level. Your task is the automation of benchmarks, quality control and development of DevOps infrastructure for scientific simulations and data analysis pipelines. Your innovation-driven mindset makes you follow the latest technical developments, and you want to take ownership for the quality of scientific computing in our organization.
Your Profile

Intensive experience with DevOps engineering for scientific computing

Excellent practical skills with automatization tools for software quality assurance (CI/CD in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker,…) and scientific Python/Matlab/C#/C++

Good understanding of image processing algorithms, and simulation pipelines

University level degree in physics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or similar
