Do you want to join our Consulting Office and help our business look after our customers in the best possible way? Our team provides strategic and operational support for consultants with regard to the use of resources, controlling, and quality and risk management. Ensure our joint success and make the difference with us as a Chief of Staff Team Manager CBO as a Service (m/f/x).

- Responsibilities: Act as sparring partner and “right hand” for the Offering Lead CBO as a Service
- Strategy: Manage the Offering strategy process and drive flawless execution of strategic initiatives, projects, and tasks (e.g., financial planning, forecasting)
- Enablement: Enable insight-driven decision-making of the Offering leadership by continuously monitoring and providing key business metrics (market, profitability, people)
- Communication: Define and implement consistent overall Offering communication strategy (for leadership and practitioners) and proactively prepare and (co-)facilitate respective meetings / calls
- Operations: Act as the point of contact for various interfaces (e.g., other Offerings, C&I, Consulting Office support functions)
- Contribution: Contribute to a collaborative culture within the Offering based on overall Deloitte core values by driving respective measures
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude
