Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a

Project Coordinator (d/f/m)

• You are the contact person for the Project Manager and support them during
  the whole project lifecycle
• You are responsible for the project related order management process
• You process project related incoming and outgoing invoices
• You maintain data in the CRM-System Salesforce
• You get in touch with different internal departments e.g., HR, Accounting, Sales
• You interact with several contact partners within BayWa r.e. group as well,
  as external partners

• You have a business administration apprentice ship or comparable
• You have experience in complex process structures and have already successfully coordinated various project tasks
• Knowledge in the field of transport/ logistics as well as customs/ taxes is an advantage
• You have a high degree of self-motivation and enjoy working independently
• You understand complex content quickly and can adapt flexibly to new circumstances
• You have a hands-on mentality, enjoy taking on responsibility and prefer working in a team
• You can communicate easily in German & English
