As an addition to our HR team we are looking for a HR Generalist (m/f/d).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling of contracts, references and employee requests
- Managing administration of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Dealing with daily ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Coordinating payroll and benefits, ensuring that transactions are delivered to deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures
- Expert for all questions regarding social security, health insurance, payroll taxation and compensation & benefits matters
- Ensuring that data in our HR tool are exact and kept up to date
- Working together in projects with focus on process optimization and implementation
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- You take over the coordination for the Exec Team
- Central communication of HR related topics within the organization
- Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions for a specified department
Required skills & Expertise
- Business fluent in German is a must and full professional proficiency in English would be great
- University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education
- 2 years of work experience within the field of HR preferably in high paced and creative companies
- Preferably worked with a third party payroll provider
