Introduction:

We’re looking for our first Junior Learning Experience Designer to join our global Customer Success (CS) & Customer Enablement Team. The focus area of this role will be on internal learning experience design with exposure and opportunities to also support our customer education efforts. You will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences for our internal CS teams and you will be responsible for creating diverse educational materials (e.g. eLearning Courses, VILT, etc.) in collaboration with different teams.

What you will be doing:

Support and lead the development and design of impactful learning content in collaboration with your team and various subject matter experts (SMEs)
Create a variety of scalable learning assets such as graphics, videos and infographics
Manage content in our internal LMS and design eLearning courses within it
Engage with our CS Teams to understand their training needs and provide support in tailoring training content
Coordinate and hold engaging and effective internal workshops and training sessions (mainly VILT) together with your team and SMEs
Align content with learning objectives and business goals
Document and manage educational resources in our internal Knowledge Management System
Support our Sr. Learning Experience Designer in creating customer-facing educational resources
Influence how we at quantilope approach internal CS Enablement and Learning Experience Design
Embrace a culture of continuous learning, actively seeking opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge

Who you are:

You have 1-2 years’ experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or a similar area (an additional teaching / Market Research / Customer Success background is a plus)
Experience with LMS software and content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, etc.)
Familiarity with SaaS businesses and a genuine interest in understanding Customer Success organizations and their objectives
Knowledge of educational theory, specifically in adult learning methods
Experience in editing and writing, with the ability to turn complex topics into accessible, scalable, engaging and learner-centered content
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and a desire to learn and grow
You are an absolute team player and are also able to work independently in an organized way
You have excellent communication and presentation skills and business fluency in English
Comfortable working on EST time zone, to ensure a periodic working hour overlap across global teams
