ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Chief of Staff (all genders) to the CEO Tim, you ensure strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and drive accountability throughout the organization. Your role will be instrumental in paving the way for BEAT81's scale, ensuring all teams are aligned towards our mission.

You will be working on:

Strategic Oversight

• Facilitate and oversee strategic planning sessions as well as challenge and refine strategies

• Help the management team to cross-functionally align via OKR and ensure accountability

Drive Growth via Franchise

• Shape the course of our high growth by facilitating a strategic shift towards a new and more scalable franchise model

• Keep teams laser-focused on this transition and be the driving force behind our expansion

Operational Excellence

• Work hand-in-hand with our leads and the BI team to establish and maintain relevant company KPIs, driving cross-functional collaboration

• From preparing crucial meetings to streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency and productivity, you'll be the driving force propelling us toward operational excellence

Communication

• Act as a key liaison between the executive team and various departments, crafting and communicating clear and inspiring internal and external messages that reflect our vision and priorities

• Engage with stakeholders to strengthen relationships, representing the organization and CEO with passion and integrity

ABOUT YOU

Your strategic acumen, humility, and exceptional communication skills will be key to facilitating cross-functional collaboration and fostering an environment where excellence thrives.

• 4+ years of experience in a high-paced environment (Consulting, PE, VC, IB, high-growth start-up)

• You bring a proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex project

• You are an entrepreneurial generalist who quickly understands the most critical strategic levers of the company without getting lost in the details

• You are able to understand complex issues, analyze data and transform it into reports or presentations to provide all stakeholders a basis for decision making

• With a high integrity you quickly earn trust and inspire confidence at every level of the company

• You remain calm under pressure and operate with confidence in ambiguity

• You possess a strong sense of responsibility and ownership and you lead by example
