Team Assistant - Audit and Business Development in Köln bei RTL Group GmbH

Your tasks

Proactively support the Internal Audit and Business Development & Strategy teams by taking over administrative and organizational activities.

• Seamlessly coordinate the operational tasks of both teams, ensuring efficient planning and organization of meetings and calls.
• Manage annual schedules, ensuring smooth workflows throughout the year.
• Facilitate the audit planning process, helping to maintain adequate audit resources.
• Support the audit team along the audit process by undertaking most of the admin tasks, where feasible.
• Organize and lead the logistics for the "Synergy Committee" meetings.
• Draft clear, concise minutes and summaries for selected meetings.
• Assist in preparing internal teams’ presentations.
• Efficiently organize and prioritize the schedules of department heads.
• Oversee travel arrangements and ensure timely, accurate expense reporting.
• Provide on-the-go support for urgent travel bookings and claims.

Your profile

• You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant skills from diverse experiences.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or commercial apprenticeship.
• You are highly organized, adaptable, and and can handle changing priorities.
• You are proactive, results-driven, and work well independently.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating in multicultural teams.
• You handle sensitive information with discretion and care.
• You are proficient in Office 365, especially Outlook.
• You speak English and German fluently.
• You bring a positive, service-oriented mindset and are always eager to help.
