Role overview:

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Content Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Germany. You’ll work closely as part of a Specialist Creators team, with content, social media and video specialists.

What’s the job?

• Learn and understand your clients and their industry topics

• Write engaging and high-performing content for clients, such as blogs and eBooks

• Produce high-performing emails and landing pages

• Use the HubSpot to its full potential

• Create, plan and deliver social media strategies

• Suggest creative ideas during team brainstorms that align with other channels, such as paid media and social media

• Speak to clients when needed to plan for website projects or receive expert insights for inbound content marketing retainer work

• Regularly A/B test emails, landing pages and maintain good email health in client HubSpot portals.

• Analyse and report on monthly and quarterly results; diving into the why, highlighting improvements and recommendations, sharing them with the client and implementing data-backed changes into future campaigns.

• Comfortable regularly delivering content to fixed deadlines and managing your own time to do so.

• Be comfortable sharing and receiving feedback from colleagues and clients.

• Embrace a culture of continuous learning to constantly enhance your digital marketing prowess.

You’ll have full support from our Specialist Creators to be able to produce the different specialist work to a high level.

What are we looking for?

• You have a passion for writing

• Fluent / Native German Language skills are a must have

• You have a degree or equivalent in English/journalism/digital marketing

• Have some previous experience working on digital marketing projects

• Strong writing skills

• Passionate about learning
