After an extensive training on the job these will be your tasks:

• You will work closely with hiring managers of different departments to understand their needs and find the perfect fit for advertised positions.
• You proactively develop new recruiting strategies tailored to target groups and identify suitable talents via various social media channels.
• With the help of your language skills in German and English you keep contact with applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• You moderate interviews and make hiring decisions together with the department.
• You observe and analyze your target groups and keep up to date with current trends and tools in recruiting and employer branding.

You bring along:

• You are communicative, open and friendly in order to exchange ideas with applicants at eye level.
• Your intuition for people and situations helps you to find the right talents for our company.
• You can organize yourself well, work in a structured way an prioritize tasks.
• In addition to your fluent German, you speak good English and are looking forward to recruiting and onboarding new colleagues from abroad.
