Your role:
On-schedule and goal-oriented independent processing of the assigned Aptiv internal or customer-initiated development tasks with the involvement of the entire Aptiv organization
Preparation and coordination of presentation documents, as well as the execution of deadlines internally, or at the customer's site.
Application of the engineering tools available at Aptiv, such as DFM, DFA, FMEA, etc. in the individual product development phases
Supporting the cost and quality optimization of the developing concepts and products
effective communication between all involved Aptiv departments and the customer
Development of project-related HV line sets taking into account the Aptiv E/EA products evaluation of shielding and EMC technologies within the HV network
Selection of appropriate cables and HV components e.g. coaxial shielding versus bundle shielding
Conceptual investigation in the high-voltage on-board network area
Architecture variants and their effects on the components
Project-related development of the technical framework parameters
Shielding, protection and ground concepts
Your background:
Degree in electrical engineering (FH) or mechanical engineering (FH); graduate physicist (FH)
3 years professional experience in the field of electrics/electronics, CAD design, project collaboration, E/EA expertise, HV know-how
Professional experience as installer or shifter in the field of electrical system development
Knowledge of customer development processes and tools (VOBES+ especially EBCA, LD; KVS; K- and ES-list; change management)
Experience in technical change assessment/ plausibility check
Confident appearance in dealing with customers and other functional areas
Ability to communicate, organize and work in a team
Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Average willingness to travel
Driving license for passenger car
