We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive our sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reach-out strategies and out of box approaches to business development
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to optimize sales strategies
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Experience in e-commerce, B2C logistics, or SAAS for e-commerce
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
