We are seeking a Junior Odoo Programmer to join our team and learn from our Senior Odoo Integration Architect/Programmer while actively contributing to Odoo-based solutions. Job Overview:

As a Junior Odoo Programmer, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Senior Odoo Integration Architect/Programmer. You will actively participate in implementing Odoo-based solutions, customizations, and quality assurance processes, while benefiting from mentorship and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development: Work closely with the Senior Odoo Integration Architect/Programmer to learn Odoo development best practices, programming techniques, and solution implementation.

Programming: Write code following established Odoo development standards and Python and JavaScript best practices under the guidance of the senior team member.

Quality Assurance: Assist in testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes to ensure the functionality and reliability of Odoo solutions.

Customization: Support the customization and extension of Odoo modules and apps as directed by the senior team member.

Documentation: Maintain documentation of Odoo implementations, customizations, and code changes, and learn to create comprehensive documentation.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of the senior team member to ensure seamless integration of Odoo solutions.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Odoo updates, modules, and best practices, and actively seek opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm and passion for Odoo development and a strong desire to learn.
Basic knowledge of Python and JavaScript programming languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
