Your Job

What this role looks like.

Working in an agile Scrum team and assuming responsibility for delivering high-quality increments
Closely collaborating with the product owner team to understand requirements and context
Defining and improving test strategies and requirements for the product
Manual testing to uncover gaps in the automated tests as well as ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements are met
Providing support to developers in creating a comprehensive automated test suite
Identifying potential security issues and vulnerabilities

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

A degree with a focus on information technology or comparable qualification/training
Three years of professional experience as a tester in the web area or in a comparable role
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Team player and a high level of ownership
Fluency in English

Desirable extras.

Testing specialisation or certifications, such as ISTQB
Knowledge of agile software development
Experience in test automation
Awareness of security aspects and sound knowledge of various attack techniques
Good German language skills
