Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program in Berlin!

This is 15 minute questionnaire in which we’re looking to learn about who you are, and your journey into the Creative Industries. This information will be used to:

1. make the best mentor-mentee match

2. promote the program and who's involved

3. share with the other mentors when we meet for the first training session

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the program. We will use this information to see if we can find the right person to match you with.

This program is open for pro-active Soho House Berlin members who would like to take part as committed mentor in the program.

If matched, we ask mentors to participate in 4 key events at Soho House Berlin.

• Mentor Onboarding: November 8th (7:30 - 9:30pm)
• Launch Event: November 9th (7:30 - 10:30pm
• Halfway Event: January 17th (7:30 - 9:30pm)
• Final Showcase: March 17th (time TBC)
