Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to manage and support our teams developing TeamViewer Remote. Work closely together with other R&D leaders and contribute to department-wide initiatives, focusing on building re-usable components and common functionalities across TeamViewer product portfolio.
- Lead 2 full-stack agile teams which focus on building services for the platform used by all TeamViewer products and be accountable for delivering the roadmap
- Be responsible for quality of the code team delivers as well as their overall effectiveness
- Utilize proven technical background to inspire and guide the team, ensure that their solutions can be used by other teams in an easy and flexible manner
- Provide guidance to the team to foster an agile mindset focusing on delivering software meeting highest quality in terms of stability, performance and security
- Enable open feedback and communication culture within the team
- Ensure the personal and professional development of the team members to help them reach their full potential
Qualifications
- A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or a related subject
- 2+ years in a leadership role in an agile environment
- 5+ years of software development experience in C++, React, iOS or Android
- Good knowledge of clean code, design patterns for object-orientated programming, scalable distributed systems, security and network communication.
- Structured and analytical working methods and a good team-oriented attitude
- A spirit of lifelong learning and eagerness to tackle new challenges every day
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
