What you will do

As a working student in our team, you will get insights into Fiori CI/CD service offering using Azure DevOps. Currently we are in a major transformation phase towards Feature Based Engineering (FBE). The new offering is expected to be used by 1000+ developers in Public Cloud ERP Organization.

In this role, you will focus on training a ML model to support developers in fixing failures during Pipeline run.
In addition, you will learn delivering CI/CD services and automation tools to large development organizations. You experience how we implement, document, and roll out innovations and support Fiori community across SAP.
You will also get deep insights into Fiori ecosystem starting from GitHub to the Azure DevOps pipeline, upload to JFrog Artifactory and our ABAP delivery landscapes.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science or Software Engineering related fields
• Computer skills: skills in at least one programming language, preferably Python / Golang
• Basic know how on CI/CD, Azure DevOps
• Language skills: fluent in English
• Soft skills: strong Team player, eager to learn, innovative thinking and self-organized

Meet the team

Our team is currently driving a transformation program (Continuous delivery program for SAP S/4HANA Cloud) towards the whole organization of S/4HANA with around 9000 developers, product owners, product managers and other roles. This involves the introduction of a modified product development and delivery strategy based on the principle of Continuous Delivery. The transformation team provides the technical and structural environment for continuous delivery, learning and enablement possibilities.

The S/4HANA Fiori Agile Engineering team is a cross functional and cross location team within this transformation program with currently 9 colleagues based in Walldorf and Bangalore.

We develop, maintain, and execute the CI/CD process for the UI part (Fiori) of the S/4HANA solution.
Our mission is to provide state of the art CI/CD services to optimize development and delivery efficiency for all our developers.
We support the S/4HANA delivery strategy with agile services for S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise.
