We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to partner with our EU Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) team to reduce our cost to serve (CtS) and improve FBA inventory health through cost out initiatives and targeted fees. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter that thrives on developing new ideas and comes with a strong analytical background and the ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the EU FBA Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for diving into opportunities to reduce CtS, improve CtS planning and reporting mechanisms, influence the Inbound (IB) and inventory strategy also through targeted fees. The role requires close collaboration with business and finance teams across Europe and different organizations (Operations, FBA, Supply Chain).
Key job responsibilities
- Support IB and inventory strategy definition including its monetization and any fee aimed to reduce CtS.
- Support planning cycles to reflect cost out and IB/inventory strategy into plans.
- Support cost out initiatives identification and development.
- Provide trend and gap analysis versus plan generating actionable insights.
- Define, maintain and develop performance metrics to increase controllership on inventory performances.
- Assess business cases performing ROI analysis to drive growth, profitability and cost saving.
- Build and maintain in depth knowledge across inventory management, IB and CtS by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities across the business.
