For our Hamburger Käselager we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the disposition area.
The Hamburger Käselager is a leading supplier in the area of cheese specialties and also offers
a wide range of products such as dressings and sauces, including own brands as well as private
label products. The focus is on national and international food retail. With a dedicated team and a passion for our products, we offer our customers a unique combination of product knowledge and industry experience

YOUR TASKS

Active checking of goods availability
Independent preparation of order proposals and ordering from the appropriate trading partners
Independent booking of goods receipts and preparation of drop shipments
Handling supplier issues and following up on delivery dates in the event of delivery delays
Action disposition as well as the preparation of the seasonal and holiday stores
Daily review of inventory critical items, warehouse inventory and reconciliation with warehouse service provider.
Cooperation with the field service
Independent processing of goods complaints including checking of delivery differences, Creation of debit notes to the trading partners
Support with general activities in the area of customer service
Regular communication with all relevant interfaces in sales, logistics and CM

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Completed commercial training
Professional experience in the hotel or gastronomy sector desirable
Strong communication and social skills
Good command of English
Confident handling of ERP systems, Microsoft Office programs and ideally with a CRM system
Strong communication skills, a high level of motivation, and a strong customer orientation
