Your Mission

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our YUMEDA squad full-time.

This is an exciting opportunity to really shape the future of companies along with our studio! You will be the main Designer in the visualization of the communication, values, and purpose of the organizations we partner with. In addition to these external projects, you will also play a key role as a lead for internal projects at our agency and work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and marketers.

Your Challenges

Design Lifecycle Execution:

• Demonstrate proficiency at every stage of the design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final delivery.
• Take the lead on diverse client projects, ensuring the seamless translation of visions, objectives, and services into captivating designs.

• Mentor and provide guidance to interns and junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Creativity:

• Bring your creative expertise and continuously learn new design trends and emerging technologies.
• Utilize a range of digital tools and design styles, especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, to create visually aesthetic materials that tell engaging stories.

Client-Centric Approach:

• Understand the vision, objectives, and services of both our digital agency and our clients.
• Translate these insights into compelling and innovative designs that exceed client expectations.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Design, or related.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a related role.
• Passion and aptitude for branding and visual identity.
• Proficiency in Figma, Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (After Effects, Final Cut, Cinema 4D, and Blender are all a bonus).
• Possesses a creative mindset with an exceptional eye for design, detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to set priorities, take initiative, and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
